Качество хорошее, работает, как оригинал. Правильный, упругий материал. У кого большая широкая шея и большой вес - я думаю, не подойдёт. Нужна полноразмерная подушка. Продавец при отправке посылки, не указал номер телефона получателя, поэтому посылка не отслеживалась по Украине и посылку невозможно было идентифицировать и получить. Полежав на складе, отправилась обратно в Китай. Чудом удалось найти транспортную компанию, у которой была посылка, как идентифицировать эту посылку, и вернуть обратно.
